MINUTES
Members Present: Victoria Dalmas (Chairman), John Lennox (Vice Chairman), Roger Thurston (Clerk), Kathryn Sette, David Fleming (sitting as Alternate).
Members Absent: Donald Intonti, John Zazzaro (Alternate).
Staff Present: Michael Ferreira/Assistant Town Administrator.
Chairman Victoria Dalmas called the meeting to order at 7:02 PM.
Amendment/Modification to Comprehensive Permit 40B:
APPEAL #Z2008-01 - Southside Realty Trust, John McShane, Trustee seeks an Amendment/Modification to an existing Comprehensive Permit issued May 6, 2005/Appeal #Z2005-04 to add 12 units, 3 affordable, pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 40B, Sections 20-23, 760 CMR 30-31, and amendments thereto, for the property at Brackett Road, Eastham, Map 08 Parcels 191F and 191G.
A MOTION was made by Roger Thurston and Seconded by Kathryn Sette to continue the hearing of Appeal #Z2008-01 until February 12, 2008 in order to obtain information on the decision regarding septic flow from the Eastham Board of Health.
The VOTE: 5-0 IN FAVOR – David Fleming, Kathryn Sette, John Lennox, Roger Thurston, and Victoria Dalmas. OPPOSED: NONE.
Approval of Minutes:
A MOTION was made by John Lennox and Seconded by Kathryn Sette to accept the Minutes of the November 8, 2007 Eastham Zoning Board of Appeals meeting as written.
The VOTE: 5-0 IN FAVOR - David Fleming, Kathryn Sette, John Lennox, Roger Thurston and Victoria Dalmas. OPPOSED: NONE
Executive Session:
A MOTION was made by Roger Thurston and Seconded by Kathryn Sette to go into executive session for the purpose of discussing pending litigation, after which the Board will return to open session only to adjourn.
The VOTE: 5-0 IN FAVOR - David Fleming, Kathryn Sette, John Lennox, Roger Thurston, and Victoria Dalmas. OPPOSED: NONE
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Returned to open session at 8:55 PM.
Adjournment:
A MOTION to adjourn was made by John Lennox and Seconded by Kathryn Sette.
The VOTE: 5-0 IN FAVOR - David Fleming, Kathryn Sette, John Lennox, Roger Thurston, and Victoria Dalmas. OPPOSED: NONE
