III. EXECUTIVE SESSION
There will be an executive session to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining. The Committee will begin the meeting with a brief (5 minute) executive session. It will return to open session for a normal business meeting.
IV. PRIORITY BUSINESS
A. Administrators’ Reports
Mrs. Helman’s report will be presented on Tuesday evening, due to the school vacation the week prior to the meeting.
B. Adopt FY 09 Budget
Pending some adjustments that will reduce the bottom line, the Committee should vote to adopt the FY 09 budget this evening.
V. REPORTS AND INFORMATION

B. Building Committee Update
C. Writing Program
Mrs. Helman will give the Committee an overview of our new writing program, which we are confident will improve students’ written expression at all levels.
VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approve regular session minutes of January 15, 2008.
