has been CANCELLED
The Eastham Seasonal Flu Clinic previously scheduled for November 12, 2009 at the Eastham Senior
Center Council on Aging (COA) at 1405 Nauset Road on Aging from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. has been CANCELLED.
The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) seasonal flu vaccine has not arrived as
anticipated. At this time, we do not have any information on when the vaccine will arrive.
An alternate Seasonal Flu Clinic date will be scheduled as soon as the vaccine is available.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused any individuals who have preregistered.

We encourage anyone with access to alternative vaccine options provided by private practice physicians or clinics held at pharmacies to take advantage of existing opportunities.
